Myself and a few others have been playing on a RP server on the GTA:V mod FiveM.
On this server you are a citizen and can get a legitmate job truck driving, farming peaches, mechanic, gold mining, delivery driving, taxi, towtruck and others as well as illegal means of obtaining funds through growing and selling weed and meth.
There are real people in the Police and EMS so the quality of RP is quite high.
